Conflict Coaching is a one-on-one, individual, voluntary and confidential process that helps people effectively manage their interpersonal workplace disputes, to prevent unnecessary conflict and to enhance their conflict management skills. It assists individuals to develop creative, efficient and constructive methods to face conflict situations that cause damage to the individuals, to their work and to their organizational environment.

Workshop participants will learn the fundamentals of coaching individuals in the above ways and will also develop increased conflict competence in their interactions within their teams and others in the workplace, using the unique CINERGY® model. The cost to participate to this workshop is €1.450 (plus tax) and payment is due on or before November, 9. A 10% discount is valid for all ICF members.

This workshop is dedicated to:

• Human Resources Managers and directors or company executives who want to put into practice the skills and tools of Conflict Coaching in their organizations and with their teams;
• Coaches who wish to practice the CINERGY® model;
• Mediators who want to add conflict coaching to their tool box;
• Any person wishing to develop personal strategies for resolving conflicts.

This workshop has been approved for 28 hours of Continuing Coaching Education Units from the International Coach Federation:

• 23 hours ICF Core Competencies;
• 1 hour Personal Development of the Coach;
• 1 hour Business Development;
• 3 hours Other Skills and Tools Directly Applicable to Coaching.

Participants to the workshop will have to complete 3 hours of conflict coaching in the 3 months following the event to get the credit of hours described above.

Trainer: Cinnie Noble
Cinnie Noble is the founder of CINERGY® Coaching, a division of Noble Solutions Inc. She is a lawyer-mediator, a certified coach and a former social worker, who has studied and practiced a range of conflict management services, for over 20 years.


Assistant Trainer: Ana Gonçalves
Ana Gonçalves is a partner at Convirgente. She is an IMI Certified Mediator and Executive Coach who has worked for 15 years in management positions in multinational companies.
